This organisation forms part of a wider privately owned group of companies, which also includes several regional businesses and associated community-focused entities.

The role

The Head of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall financial operations and stewardship of the organisation and its associated entities. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Board and senior stakeholders, the Head of Finance will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring robust governance in line with regulatory and statutory requirements. The role also involves leading and developing the finance function, embedding strong process controls and driving continuous improvement.

About you

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cashflow management and regulatory compliance. They will provide clear, timely insight to support decision making across operational, commercial and wider group activities.
