With services delivered across multiple locations, we're looking for a Head of Estates & Safety to lead the strategic and operational management of our estate portfolio, creating safe, compliant, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose workplaces.
This is a senior, influential role combining strategic leadership with hands-on oversight. You'll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to ensure our buildings, facilities, and safety practices support both current delivery and future growth. You'll lead the Estates Strategy, oversee capital projects and refurbishments, and maintain the highest standards of health and safety across the organisation.
Salary: £55,000 + £5,000 car allowance
Location: Onsite in Thornaby, Stockton (TS17 6EX)
Travel: Regular travel to our UK sites is an essential part of this role. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is therefore required (expenses covered).
