Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the operations database (Airtable) and designing automations, interfaces and workflows
  • Resolving operational issues as they arise, either directly or by delegating to the team
  • Providing coding support and solutions
  • Communicating project outcomes and progress
  • Managing the team, reviewing and developing team members
  • Managing strategic projects
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate content setup and delivery to retail partners
  • Providing clear communication across varied audiences
