Head of Construction / Associate Director – Waterloo, London

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 + high bonus

Location: Waterloo, London, SE1

Region: London

We are looking to recruit a Head of Construction Sector leading to Associate Director then Equity Director role.

With Pinnacle achieving our plans for expansion we are opening a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1 and this role is for the London office.

To qualify for this role you will need to be experienced at managing within either a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk. You will have a proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential & Construction Industries.

The role itself will be to manage the Building Construction & Residential Team within Pinnacle. The team will be a mixture of Permanents and Temporaries consultants and I am looking for a dedicated manager who can help propel Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level.

Please be aware we are Professional Headhunters, you must have a successful track record of Headhunting staff and a successful desk within Building or residential management.

This is a unique and progressive opportunity within Recruitment. A chance to go from Head of Sector to Equity Director.

This is a results orientated industry and to receive the rewards offered you will need to have a successful desk in addition to managing the team. Initially if you are the right calibre you will earn high commission and team share.
