Job summary

Private Equity Insights is seeking an operations leader to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience, coordinating a 40-person volunteer roster and ensuring seamless delivery.

• Experience coordinating complex events or conferences is preferred.
• Strong vendor negotiation and budgeting abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier research and management for events.
• Plan and execute conferences, including venues, branding, and logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support internal team coordination and communicate updates clearly.
• Maintain inventory and track event assets and materials.
• Quality check design assets (banners, signage, brochures).
• Hire, train, and manage a large team of volunteers (around 40).
