Private Equity Insights, based in London, is seeking an operations professional to own the end-to-end delivery of European conferences. You will oversee venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience, working closely with a lean, entrepreneurial team.

You will lead supplier research, event planning, inventory control, and on-site volunteer management, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement across multiple events per year.

• Supplier Research and Management: Source, compare, and find the best suppliers for event needs; conduct research for add-ons, branding, and other requirements; negotiate contracts and terms; maintain positive supplier relationships; manage budget changes.
