Location: Flexible UK base with hybrid working

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role

Reporting into the Group Head of Legal, this role will suit a senior lawyer or risk and compliance practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You’ll enjoy the balance of operational responsibility and strategic influence, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to embedding compliance across the business.

What You’ll Do
  • ✔ Develop and implement a “best in class” compliance roadmap
  • ✔ Advise on AML, sanctions, anti-bribery, data protection, marketing regulations, competition law, and ESG
  • ✔ Act as Group Money Laundering Officer and Data Protection Manager
  • ✔ Deliver training and build compliance culture across all levels
  • ✔ Lead internal reviews, audits, and reporting to Executive and Board Committees
  • ✔ Manage and develop a team of six compliance professionals
About You
