We are seeking an experienced Head of Communications to join Serco UK & Europe on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to become permanent), providing senior leadership across integrated internal and external communications at a pivotal point for the business. This is a visible, influential role, partnering closely with executive leaders to ensure Serco's story is clear, consistent and compelling - to our people, our customers and the wider market.
As Head of Communications, you will set and deliver the communications agenda across UK & Europe, aligned to Serco's People and Growth strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will shape narratives that drive engagement internally and build credibility, trust and reputation externally.
This role suits a confident, accomplished communicator with strong storytelling instincts - someone who can quickly grasp complex issues, identify what matters, and translate it into content that cuts through.
