Qualifications

  • Must have a valid NMC pin.
  • Experience in clinical policies and procedures required.
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision and training.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Managers to provide highest standards of service.
  • Maintain all records including care plans and medication documentation.
  • Lead and promote the best clinical practice across the home.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulation.
  • Support Registered Manager with External Audit process.
  • Involved in recruitment and retention.

Qualified Nurse (RN or RMN or RNLD)
