Job summary

Docebo, a leader in AI-powered learning platforms, is seeking a Manager, Business Development to guide a high-performing outbound team and drive global growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to craft modern engagement playbooks that open doors to premier enterprise brands.

You will coach and mentor BD reps, translate analytics into action, and help accelerate the revenue pipeline while thriving in our hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in business development.
• Proven track record of meeting pipeline generation and revenue targets.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Excellent data analytics and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire a high-performing BD team.
• Architect and execute outbound growth strategies for enterprise buyers.
• Forge cross-functional alliances with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align GTM initiatives.
• Decipher data on lead gen, conversion, and revenue impact to drive decisions.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with executive prospects and partners.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable sales enablement practices.
