White Bay is seeking a Director of Growth to lead strategic growth initiatives for a portfolio of enterprise clients. The role combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, AI-driven search, lifecycle marketing, and CRM.

You will own senior client relationships, deliver measurable growth, and mentor a growing team of marketers and creatives. Working with executive leadership, you will shape the agency's growth, build scalable programs, and drive opportunities

Competenze

• 8+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or agency leadership roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise client accounts and delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong experience with B2B lead generation and e-commerce marketing.
• Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, AI-driven search, lifecycle marketing, and CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Demonstrated people leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, renewals, and account expansion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
