Job summary

Purple is looking for a Growth Director to lead new business sales of Engage and our AI products to marketing leaders worldwide. The role is senior, quota-carrying, and focuses on mid-market and enterprise accounts.

You will open conversations with CMOs, run consultative sales cycles and close new business, while collaborating with Product and Marketing as the platform evolves. The position offers remote and hybrid working (three days in offices, rest from home) with travel to customer sites as

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 4+ years selling marketing technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to CMOs, marketing directors and CRM leaders.
• Comfortable selling usage-based pricing and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a senior new business quota globally, selling Engage and AI platform.
• Build and close your own pipeline from first conversation to contract.
• Run consultative sales cycles focused on acquisition, retention and LTV.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM, attend events.
