Docebo in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical engine behind our enterprise customers’ learning transformations, translating business goals into technical roadmaps.

You will own the technical relationship, drive API integrations and AI-enabled workflows, present to executives, monitor platform health, and lead pilots that unlock lasting value across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SaaS tech troubleshooting; 2+ years in enterprise/large account management.

Responsibilities

• Architect future tech strategies for customer goals.
• Own the technical relationship with enterprise accounts.
• Advise on API integrations and AI workflows to improve ops.
• Monitor API usage and login trends to protect platform stability.
• Lead executive technical reviews and present to leadership.
• Drive platform improvements with pilots and cross-team collaboration.
