Harvey Nash is supporting our enterprise client in the search for a Head of Architecture on an initial 6-month FTC.

The role will focus on design and planning to define our clients future‑state technology landscape, aligned with organisational strategy. The successful candidate will ensure that system developments are consistent with the target architecture and fully aligned with change governance frameworks and the overall IT roadmap.

I’m looking to speak with candidates who have :

  • Proven experience leading enterprise and solution architects to build and mature organisational architecture capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams within organisations undergoing large‑scale transformation
  • Experience of selecting, shaping, and applying mainstream digital technologies to deliver business value
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive transformational change across business processes and systems
  • Deep expertise in defining and delivering strategic architecture, roadmaps, and long‑term plans
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management, with experience reporting to senior executives and board‑level audiences

This is a remote‑first organisation, with some flexibility required to travel onsite when necessary.
