Hybrid - 3 days per week in Jamestown office

Our client, a FTSE 250 organisation, is investing heavily in technology as it moves from a federated model to a centralised global structure. What you'll do:

• Define and implement strategy for Analysis & Testing aligned with global transformation goals.
• Own the end-to-end BA process - requirements gathering, feasibility studies, process modelling.
• Ensure robust testing governance and quality assurance. You'll need a good understanding of testing principles and tools, but you won't be building frameworks or doing hands‑on testing.
• Work with senior stakeholders (including C‑suite) across global, multi‑site environments. Win hearts and minds, manage resistance, and drive adoption of new processes and tools.

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership in Business Analysis within large, complex organisations.
• Experience in global, multi‑site environments and exposure to diverse technology and digital projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at C‑suite level.
• Knowledge of BA and testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ideally from Retail, Hospitality, F&B, or Entertainment sectors.
