The role: As a Head Culinary Coach, you will lead by example, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. Your focus will be on coaching and developing your team to excel, driving restaurant performance, and delivering exceptional results.

What you will do:

• Create a supportive environment where your team feels valued and motivated, promoting a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards in food quality and safety.
• Manage kitchen operations effectively, including food safety, health standards, and financial performance such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
