The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
