Job summary

Marston's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to lead and develop our kitchen team across one of our pubs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene standards and delivering memorable guest experiences, while driving speed of service and kitchen performance.

You'll manage and coach a passionate team, create dishes that reflect the Marston’s brand, and work as part of the pub management team to support business success and growth, with opportunities for progression

• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
