Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in our pubs across the country. You’ll drive food quality, hygiene, and service speed while inspiring a motivated kitchen crew.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Commitment to high food hygiene and quality standards.

• Have a positive attitude and the ability to create a buzz in your kitchen
• Achieve the highest standards, ensuring the business is safe and that food quality and speed of service targets are met
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team
