Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive high standards across our pubs. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar, managing a motivated kitchen team and playing a key role in the pub management group to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll develop and retain talent, ensuring outstanding food quality, hygiene, and service speed while supporting career progression across our nationwide pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and/or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• Maintain high standards of food quality and speed of service
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and wider pub team
