Marston's plc is seeking a Head Chef to lead and inspire our kitchen team within a lively pub environment. You will set standards, drive guest experiences, and help the business grow by delivering exceptional food with consistency and speed.

You'll have prior experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or be ready to advance from a Sous/Second Chef role, developing and retaining a motivated team while maintaining safety and quality across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
