Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead and develop our kitchen team across our pubs. You will drive standards, manage food quality, and ensure safety while delivering memorable guest experiences. A strong emphasis on team leadership and operational excellence is central to this role.

You will work with the pub management team to nurture a motivated kitchen, develop staff, and maintain exceptional hygiene and service levels in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior Kitchen Manager.
• Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Commitment to high hygiene and food standards.
• Strong communication with pub team.
