Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our country pubs. You’ll drive food quality, set hygiene standards and create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll have previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience, or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role, with a passion for developing your team and delivering consistent results.
