Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in one of our pubs. You’ll raise the bar, set the standards across the kitchen, and play a key part in the pub management team to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

You’ll develop and retain a motivated kitchen team, ensure food and hygiene standards are met, communicate clearly with staff, and take pride in the meals your team produces as you progress through our internal career pathways.
