You’ll have prior Head Chef or Sous Chef experience or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role, with a passion for quality and people development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
