HC-One Limited seeks a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team in our care homes across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care. You will prepare nutritious meals, consider dietary needs and cultural preferences, and ensure HACCP-compliant operations in a busy kitchen environment.

You will drive quality, set up efficient processes, manage stock and budgets, and collaborate with central teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents while maintaining safety and high standards.

Formación

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery is required.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
