Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in providing high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' health and dietary needs. You will manage stock, budgets and orders while upholding HACCP standards and food safety.

You'll shape mealtimes into enjoyable experiences in a well-organised kitchen and collaborate with central teams to maintain nutritional excellence across care homes.

Qualifications

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Knowledge of HACCP principles

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals
• Manage stock, budgets and orders while ensuring food safety standards
• Ensure all dishes support residents' health, dietary needs and wellbeing
• Create a welcoming dining experience and maintain hygienic, efficient operations
