Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Head Chef responsible for leading a kitchen team to deliver nutritious meals that meet residents’ dietary needs while upholding HACCP standards. You’ll manage stock, budgets and orders, and collaborate with central teams to ensure a well‑organised kitchen operation and high-quality service.

You will also create welcoming mealtimes, prioritise resident wellbeing, and supervise hygiene and safeguarding training to maintain safety and care standards.

Qualifications

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery is required.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Good understanding of HACCP is required.
• Safeguarding training appropriate to the role is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire your kitchen team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals.
• Ensure dishes support residents' health and dietary needs.
