Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen teams in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll craft nutritious, culturally appropriate meals that support residents’ health and respect dietary needs.

Qualifications

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Good understanding of HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock, budgets, orders and food safety compliance (HACCP).
