HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Head Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen team in our care homes, delivering nutritious meals that support residents' health and wellbeing. You will oversee stock, budgets and food safety, including HACCP, while shaping mealtimes into enjoyable, ambient experiences.

Qualifications

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire kitchen team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for Residents.
• Manage stock, budgets, orders and compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with central teams to maintain nutritional excellence and a well-organised kitchen.
• Plan ahead and deliver excellent service with energy, leadership and care for Residents.
• Promote safeguarding and maintain a safe, welcoming dining environment.
