Qualifications

• Recognised catering qualification and Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience as a cook in a team-based kitchen.
• Good understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen practices.
• Contribute to menu planning with creativity and freshness.
• Work as part of a caring team to create enjoyable mealtimes for Residents.
• Participate in safeguarding training and report concerns as required.
