Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead and inspire a busy kitchen team. You will work with the Head Chef to set pace, uphold elite standards, and keep energy levels high during service.

The role includes HACCP paperwork, coaching junior chefs, and ensuring every plate is prepared with pride and precision. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in a similar role, strong stock control and food-safety know-how, and a passion for Italian cuisine in a lively hospitality

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Experience with stock control, waste reduction, and food safety compliance.
