Prezzo Italian in the Cambourne area is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, partner with the Head Chef, and deliver 'Hospitality Magic' on every service. You’ll coach the next generation of chefs, master HACCP paperwork, and ensure each plate is sent with pride and precision.
