We’re searching for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our new flagship Jamie’s Italian restaurant, opening in Leicester Square in early 2026.

As Head Chef, you’ll combine creativity, leadership, and precision to bring Jamie’s food philosophy to life. You’ll oversee a large kitchen team, deliver exceptional food standards, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is cooked with care, passion, and pride.

About the Role
