Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Menu and Food Quality: Develop menus, oversee food preparation, ensure high standards, and cater to special/dietary needs (cultural, religious, health).
  • Kitchen Management: Manage inventory, order supplies, control stock, minimise waste, and ensure equipment maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff; conduct supervisions and performance reviews.
  • Member Focus: Engage with residents to understand preferences, address concerns, and provide exceptional dining experiences, promoting health and happiness.
  • Operational Standards: Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, complying with audits.
  • Collaboration: Work with Front of House and other departments for seamless service delivery.
