You'll ideate, prototype, and support manufacturing, bringing innovative hardware solutions to restaurants. This role offers significant autonomy to iterate rapidly and make a tangible impact on the future of the restaurant industry.

What you will do:
  • Support and lead aspects of Fusion (our modular food assembly robot) development and deployment.
  • Ideate and rapidly prototype design changes, leveraging 3D printing for hourly iterations.
  • Support manufacturing, production, and real‑world deployments into restaurants, including training, troubleshooting, and customer success.
The ideal candidate:
  • Possess strong CAD skills, specifically with Onshape, and extensive experience with rapid prototyping techniques (FDM, SLS, SLA 3DP, laser cutting, sheet metal).
  • Demonstrate excellent design creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a keen appreciation for Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DfMA).
  • Hold a Masters in Mechanical, Design, Aerospace, Product, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, with a passion for complex mechatronics systems.
