Job summary

Vocative Consulting Ltd seeks a ServiceNow Administrator in Glasgow with hybrid working. The role covers platform ownership across enterprise applications, primarily ServiceNow, plus Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure and Intune.

You will manage configuration, releases, patches and escalations, and maintain documentation, automation and training to reduce repeat queries. The successful candidate will have hands-on admin experience on core platforms, strong ITIL grounding, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications
