Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a HaloITSM Consultant for Reading (Hybrid) to lead client discovery, configure HaloITSM solutions, and guide deployments from design to adoption. You will work directly with clients to translate requirements into scalable HaloITSM configurations and continuously improve ITSM processes.

The role requires hands-on HaloITSM experience, ITIL process knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven HaloITSM implementation, configuration or consultancy experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management principles.
• Experience with workflows, SLAs, service catalogues and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and requirements gathering.
• Configure and implement HaloITSM solutions.
• Deliver testing, deployment, training and knowledge transfer.
• Support integrations, data migration and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and platform optimisation.
