Job summary

HaloITSM Consultancy in Reading is seeking an experienced HaloITSM Consultant to lead full lifecycle delivery from discovery to configuration and deployment. You will work with clients to design scalable HaloITSM solutions that improve operations, reporting and user experience.

Join an established team, deliver configurations, integrations and data migrations, and provide training and post-go-live support. Strong ITIL knowledge and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing, configuring or supporting HaloITSM
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service management experience
• Experience with workflows, service catalogs, SLAs, automation and reporting
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management
• Experience with requirements gathering, data migrations and integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and document business and technical requirements
• Advise on ITSM best practices, process improvement and automation opportunities
• Produce solution documentation, process maps, configuration specs and delivery plans
• Configure HaloITSM workflows, forms, fields, roles and service catalogues
• Design SLAs, notifications, automation and reporting; support testing and defect resolution
• Plan deployments, provide training and post-go-live support
• Manage project activities, risks and stakeholder updates; drive continual HaloITSM adoption
