Zusammenfassung

Focus Resourcing Limited is recruiting an experienced HaloITSM Consultant based in Reading. The role offers a salary up to £80,000, hybrid working and comprehensive benefits as you take ownership of client projects, implementing, configuring and optimising HaloITSM solutions.

The successful candidate will lead discovery workshops, design HaloITSM configurations, support data migration and integrations, and deliver training and post-implementation support while collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience implementing, configuring or supporting HaloITSM.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and ITIL principles.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating these into technical and process solutions.
• Knowledge of workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, automation, reporting, integrations and data migration.
• Strong communication, consultancy and stakeholder management skills.
• HaloITSM and ITIL certifications would be advantageous, although relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Aufgaben

• Lead client discovery workshops to understand service management requirements and challenges.
• Design and configure HaloITSM solutions including workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, automation and reporting.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Deliver client training, knowledge transfer and post-implementation support.
• Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to continually improve HaloITSM solutions.
