Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced HaloITSM Consultant for a hybrid role in Reading. You will own the full project lifecycle from discovery through configuration, testing and deployment within a market-leading ITSM consultancy.

You will design scalable HaloITSM solutions, lead workshops with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations, reporting and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven HaloITSM implementation, configuration or support experience.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and translate requirements into HaloITSM designs.
• Configure HaloITSM workflows, forms, roles and service catalogues; implement SLAs and reporting.
• Manage project activities, risks and deliverables; provide regular progress updates.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer, post-go-live support and optimisation.
