Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Halo ITSM Consultant for the Reading area with hybrid working arrangements. The role offers a salary of £70,000–£85,000 plus benefits and a pension.

You will lead client implementations, shape service management solutions, and deliver end-to-end HaloITSM projects from discovery to deployment and continual improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HaloITSM experience and strong ITIL knowledge, enabling effective stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Proven HaloITSM implementation or consultancy experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management principles.
• Experience with workflows, SLAs, service catalogs and automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead client discovery workshops and requirements gathering.
• Configure and implement HaloITSM solutions.
• Deliver testing, deployment, training and knowledge transfer.
• Support integrations, data migration and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and platform optimisation.
