Job summary

Trusted Technology Partnership is seeking a Business System Manager to own the Halo PSA platform. You will design workflows, enhance automation, and lead system configuration, optimisation and development across the business.

Based in Ringwood with hybrid home working, you will be the expert for Halo PSA, driving improvements, data integrity, and reporting. The role offers a profit share, private medical insurance and progression opportunities within a 25-year IT services company.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITSM/PSA platforms and how to configure workflows, forms, dashboards and service catalogue structures.
• Ability to translate business processes into system logic and design efficient automations.
• Clear communication to non-technical users and proactive ownership of system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve system issues.
• Ensure changes follow best practice design and release management.
• Liaise with support and track issues through to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.
• Build dashboards, reports and KPI views for stakeholders.
• Review Halo release notes and assess new features.
