Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Halo Analyst to own Halo PSA configuration and service management for our IT Services team in Hockley, with hybrid working considered.

You will administer HaloPSA, develop reports and dashboards, optimise workflows, and drive data quality and user adoption across the platform.

The role includes coordinating platform releases, working with stakeholders, and helping deliver efficient IT services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HaloP SA or a comparable PSA, ITSM, or enterprise service management platform.
• Strong understanding of service management processes including ticketing, SLAs, customer portals, service catalogues, assets, contracts, and knowledge management.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, templates, permissions, notifications, and approval processes.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support operational decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of integrations, authentication, data mapping, and synchronisation processes would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting platform upgrades, testing, user training, and adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practice would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and product owner for Halo PSA, maintaining the platform roadmap and backlog of improvements.
• Configure and manage workflows, permissions, SLAs, templates, notifications, forms, business rules, and platform settings.
• Enhance service management processes including incidents, requests, changes, projects, assets, knowledge management, and service catalogues.
• Develop and maintain operational, management, customer, SLA, project, and performance reporting dashboards.
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy across the platform.
• Configure and improve customer portal experiences, self-service capabilities, and user adoption initiatives.
• Manage integrations with business and technical systems, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity.
• Coordinate platform releases, updates, testing, supplier engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
