Qualifications

• Registered HCPC Specialist Biomedical Scientist with experience in Haematology.
• In-depth knowledge of complex instrumentation and QA/QC procedures.
• Post registration clinical and technical experience at Specialist level required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Haematology section.
• Provide expert advice, evaluate new methodologies, and optimize service.
• Train, assess, and ensure competence of staff.
