We are recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a specialist construction firm delivering high-end and super prime residential developments across London and the Home Counties.

About the Role

As the Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for managing safety protocols across 5-10 live sites, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of best practice. You'll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to maintain high standards on luxury residential builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing health & safety across multiple live sites
• Developing and implementing H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance
• Investigating incidents and implementing preventative measures
• Delivering H&S training and toolbox talks to site teams
• Ensuring adherence to CDM regulations and other statutory requirements
• Liaising with site teams, project managers, and external stakeholders
• Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance standards
• NEBOSH / IOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
