The role requires a Level 2 Gym Instructor and a proven ability to coach and develop colleagues; flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting colleagues in leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused settings.
• Strong commitment to delivering member service and ability to coach colleagues.
• Qualified to Level 2 Gym Instructor or higher.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operational running of the club, including opening and closing duties.
• Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, to suit business needs.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
