Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a Duty Manager in Sheffield South to help run daily club operations, ensure a welcoming and safe environment, and support management in achieving membership and commercial targets. You will work closely with the team to maintain brand standards and deliver high-quality member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational running of the club, including opening/closing duties.
• Adopt a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and brand standards.
• Maintain high cleanliness and facility standards across the club.
• Support achievement of membership, revenue and commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow secondary revenue streams.
• Represent JD Gyms values in all member and colleague interactions.
