JD Gyms is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily club operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and helping drive membership and commercial targets. You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards and lead by example.

The role requires flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering outstanding member service and maintaining brand standards across the club.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or supporting colleagues in leisure, fitness, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent member service and ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Experience contributing to membership growth, commercial performance and local marketing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operational running of the club, including opening and closing duties.
• Flexible working hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standards and cleanliness across the club.
• Conduct safety checks and report defects to keep equipment safe.
• Support achievement of membership, revenue and commercial objectives.
• Assist in growing secondary revenue streams and delivering great member experiences.
