Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence (OpEx), TPM, and HSE systems.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s Technical and GMP Training strategy.
• Develop an annual training masterplan based on capability analysis.
• Monitor and report on Technical Training KPIs.
